These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Manor Avenue Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if the condition, size, or requirements of the property differ from those originally described.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
4. Access to Property
Customers must ensure that we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
If access cannot be gained and no prior notice has been provided, a call-out charge may apply.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the booked service fee.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment, or other agreed methods.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
7. Customer Satisfaction
We strive to provide a high-quality cleaning service at all times.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit to address any areas of concern.
8. Health and Safety
Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse any task that may pose a risk to health, safety, or wellbeing.
This includes situations involving hazardous substances, unsafe environments, or aggressive behaviour.
9. Damage and Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our services.
Any claim for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the cleaning service provided, except where prohibited by law.
We are not responsible for:
Existing damage or wear and tear.
Faulty fixtures, fittings, or appliances.
Damage resulting from poor maintenance.
Loss of items not reported immediately.
10. Pets
Customers must ensure pets are secured where necessary to allow cleaners to work safely and effectively.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, illness, or government restrictions.
12. Privacy
Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
